missingWrote a review on Oct 05decent bathroomspacious roommall accessdated decor
The room scored big on size, boasting a two-seater sofa and a decent bathroom setup. Also, the hotel connects directly to a mall across the street on the second floor, giving easy access to shops and restaurants without needing to step outside.
Sadly, the room felt like a throwback to the '80s with faded carpets and scuffed furniture. No ice machine was found on the ninth floor, which added to the frustration after a long day. Plus, the restroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with unwashed surfaces even after a few days. Lastly, charging for Wi-Fi seemed out of place for such a high-end establishment.

missingWrote a review on Oct 05friendly staffcomfortable roomsgreat locationfrustrating valet service
Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the IMAX Theater and visited the Indianapolis Zoo, which was super fun. The staff was friendly and helped us feel welcome. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. Just a heads up though, there were a lot of homeless folks in the area, so be prepared for that. Overall, definitely a great spot for a group vacation!
One downside was the valet service; they repeatedly brought us the wrong car, which was frustrating because it delayed our plans.

Felt like being home, no complaint.

The staff exceeded expectations with exceptional service. During our wine tasting, they even brought us a lovely container filled with ice for our wine, which added a romantic touch to our night.
The room decor felt a bit outdated, lacking the luxury expected.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25friendly staff
It was just a balanced option for a transient stop in Indianapolis with decent value for money. The staff was super friendly, and I appreciated getting a wake-up call from an actual person for my early flight. Just be cautious when walking around the area at night.

Great spa service and amazing staff, but missed daily room cleaning during my stay.

The pastries at the bar were a knockout, and the service? Pure gold! Valet was lightning-fast, and I felt pampered throughout my stay. The pool was pristine, a perfect oasis! Plus, the well-appointed restaurant had plenty of options to satisfy any craving.
Alas, the bars closed too early for my late-night adventures, and I missed my morning coffee fix since lunch prep had claimed the café! As for the room, it felt like a trip back to the 80s—definitely in need of a facelift for the price I paid.

The deluxe king room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious shower with adjustable heads. However, the room showed signs of wear, with marks on the walls that could benefit from an update. Overall, it's a great spot for a weekend getaway if you prioritize comfort over modern aesthetics.
